Second hand 800 tone press purchased from the UK by a customer in the Netherlands.
This project involved the transport , installation and commissioning of his huge rubber moulding press. Purchased in the UK and transported to the Netherlands by Jan Van Dam transport, A fantastic company with brilliant equipment this job was made so much easier with their support during the build process.
weighing in at 80 tonnes this machine needed to be built outside of the factory and then moved into place, due to modifications made by the previous owner this machine required some clever adjustments to make it more suitable for its new location.
the electrical cabinet has been moved to a better location and the hydraulic unit has also been moved to allow better access to the machine area. lots more work needed before production starts including a large platform will be built around this press.
